Tips for Good Skin

Even before applying any make up, you must always apply a moisturiser with an SPF of at least 15. No matter how dull it is outside, the rays can still get through to damage your skin. Most foundations now days have SPF built in, but I recommend using both for extra protection.

Use a night cream before bed. These are usually thick and creamy to give you an intense moisture boost so your skin feels nice and soft in the morning. Also apply eye creams at night too.

Always remove make up before bed by using a solution or make up remover wipes. As much as I would love to wear make up 24/7 it is not recommended if you want clear, fresh skin.

Apply a light cleanser before moisturising in the morning and night. Cleanser allows the skin to absorb moisture and removes any dirt left on the skin after washing.

Your diet can also effect your skin. Try to eat less fried foods and make sure you get plenty of fruit and brightly coloured vegetables. Fish such as salmon is a good source of Omega-3. And try swapping some fizzy drinks and cappuccinos for water. You should see an improvement, even in the colour of your skin. You will look brighter.
